Week 4

Green Class!

We have had a super busy week in Green class.

We would just like to say a few thank yous before we begin. Thank you to everyone that came to drop and read so lovely to have you all in our classroom. We are focusing on reading for pleasure at the moment :)

A huge thank you to all of the grandparents that came to grandparents celebration assembly it meant so much to us to tell you how much we love you and appreciate you :) We also enjoyed making biscuits for you to eat. We hope you enjoyed them.

This week we have been focusing on addition and subtraction, verbs (doing word), nouns (a person place or thing), writing recounts of our trip, people who help us in our community, physical and human features of our environment.

While focusing on people who help us we have learnt some first aid. We looked at the recovery position this week.

We have also made Christmas cards this week, these will come out next week in case you want to order copies to send to relatives and friends this year. We hope you like them!

Thank you to everyone that is helping their child practice spellings and listening to them read at home. It really does make a big difference!
